Ticket #201 (new enhancement)
Option for no subtitles in playback.

With MKV's it's not a matter of just getting rid of a .srt to use no subtitle, as they are packaged with the .MKV. Not to mention it can be an inconvenience to delete a needed .srt to not use a subtitle.
Have a way to toggle subtitles on and off.
Possible route for implementation:
Make a "spoofed" subtitle file that is installed with perian (or made on the fly) and is inserted to the available language's in the quicktime menu when playing a perian file. So instead of choosing the language of the subtitle, you can would chose "none" or some other way of putting it. This "spoofed" subtitle file would be completely void of any actual subtitles. Just enough to get the menu option, and be able to playback the file without subtitles. This way you would not need to implement a pref. pane option. Sweet & Simple!
