Sound in some .avi files out of sync

I have at least one .avi file, which have sound out of sync when played with Perian, but it's ok when i use Mplayer. Time-shift seems to be constant, around -1 sec in whole movie (110 minutes). You can see, that QT Player sees sound track little bit shorter for some reasone, maybe this is why it's shifted?
