Description

MPEG-4 and H264 are imported in their original hacked form from avi/mkv/other VfW-based formats, which means they can't be remuxed to .mp4 without recompression. Some kind of workaround would be nice.

Downside: it requires a complete file scan. Upside: Complete knowledge about B-frames, which might allow better frame skipping.
