OSX 10.5.6 QuickTime 7.5.5
This is to reopen tickets 96 and 247. Perian is still breaking the CRAM video codec. Uninstalling Perian will allow QT to show the video.
Downloading any traffic camera video from
http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/seattle/
will demonstrate the problem.
