Add Spiral to list of whitelisted processes for frame dropping

Description
Spiral is an as of yet unreleased QuickTime movie player that works well with Perian. It can be downloaded from http://www.zankasoftware.com/nightly/.
I notice NicePlayer? is in the list of whitelisted processes for which frame dropping may occur, so maybe Spiral could also be added. Spiral has export functionality, but does this with a separate process, similar to QuickTime ("SpiralExporter?").

Will do, but keep in mind that we may not bother signaling framedropping in some cases; it seems to cause many more perceptual slowness issues than it solves (see people complaining that perian drops more frames than mplayer for files that we are decoding smoothly). But it's really hard figuring out what those cases are...
