Transparent subtitle hack not fixing all transparency

Description

The attached file has transparent spots in the middle of its subtitles when exported under 10.6. It's not supposed to.

Also, VobSub? should use this too.

(In [1202]) Apply transparent subtitle hack to VobSub?.

Also add the track colorspace atoms. Add a missing process name to the list for transparent subtitles.

Fixes #456.
