Resizing the window and worse decoding

Description

Quicktime 7.5.5 Mac Os 10.4.11 File xvid (.avi) When I resize the window, color blocks appear (like a worse compression). Then, If I go to full screen, the decoding returns to a better quality, even returning to window mode.

There is something wrong with your graphics card. Perian has no knowledge of window size.

I had this after the update from perian 1.1.2 to 1.2. Prior to that I didn't have the problem. BTW I have an ATI Radeon X600 XT (on iMac G5 2,1 Ghz)

This is not an issue in Perian

I don't think so, since returing to 1.1.2 resolved the problem.

Then it could be a weird QT problem, or some other factor affecting it. Please post a sample file using this dd command:
